Dave is a certified laser technician who started this journey with his wife after retirement. He lives with his wife and daughters in Goodyear, AZ. Dave served on the police force for over 14 years before medically retiring from Phoenix as a Sergeant in 2022. Before that, he was a history teacher and worked in the contracting industry.

His position as owner and certified laser technician gives him the perfect opportunity to spend time providing laser treatments and using the relationships he builds with clients to ensure the business is providing services the client wants and needs.

Amber is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who has been working for plastic and hand surgeons since 2017 — both as a first assist in the operating room and as a provider in a very busy clinic. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as an emergency room nurse for 8 years.

She received her first aesthetics certification with Aesthetic Medical Educators Training in 2020 and has been doing injections since. Additionally, she has completed over 20 hours of advanced training to ensure that she provides safe and effective care. Amber's passion is enhancing people's natural beauty to help build confidence — not making people look overdone or unnatural.

Just as much as she loves aesthetics, she loves wellness. Her mission is to help improve wellness in her community through education and safe, effective treatment methods. Her passion is functional medicine, which focuses on optimizing health rather than treating disease. As an auto-immune sufferer herself, she understands the frustrations of traditional medicine and believes in optimization. She wants to help enhance her clients' lives through health, hormones, and aesthetics.

Madison is a licensed esthetician and certified laser technician with a genuine passion for helping people feel their best from the inside out. What began as a personal love for skincare and wellness has grown into a career she truly adores.

Dedicated to creating a warm and comfortable environment, Madison ensures every client feels relaxed, understood, and confident in the care they receive. Whether she's performing a facial, providing laser treatments, or helping you build a skincare routine that actually works, her goal is always to deliver results while making you feel completely at ease.

Billie brings a warm, welcoming presence grounded in more than 12 years of experience in the healthcare insurance industry. Originally from Colorado, she spent years surrounded by mountain views before making Arizona her home.

With a strong background in helping individuals understand their benefits and navigate complex systems, Billie is known for her patience, dependability, and genuine ability to connect with people. After taking the last decade to focus on family, she returns to the workforce with renewed energy and purpose — ready to support our clients and ensure every visit feels effortless and positive.

When she's not at the front desk offering friendly guidance, you'll find Billie enjoying time with her loved ones and settling into the Arizona lifestyle.

Zoe is a registered nurse who started her nursing journey in 2024. She currently works in a cardiac/neuro progressive care unit and enjoys caring for those in need and serving her community. Prior to nursing, she served 5 years in the Army as a public affairs sergeant, managing media relations, publishing news and video stories, and developing communication strategies.

Although her history is vastly different from aesthetics, she has always been passionate about making people feel the best version of themselves. In her role as an aesthetic injector, Zoe prioritizes patient satisfaction by providing services that complement natural beauty and promote overall health and wellbeing.

Shea is a licensed Esthetician based in Arizona who's passionate about helping others feel confident, refreshed, and beautiful in their own skin. She strives to create a relaxing and welcoming environment where every client feels comfortable, cared for, and valued from the moment they walk in.

She specializes in facials, brows, and lash lifts, and loves enhancing natural beauty while giving clients a chance to unwind and practice self-care. Shea is passionate about continuing to grow within the beauty industry by learning new techniques, staying up to date on trends, and providing personalized services tailored to each client's needs.

Nikki is an Arizona native with a passion for helping people feel confident, cared for, and comfortable in their own skin. Born and raised in Arizona, her love for skincare began through her own personal journey with skin concerns, inspiring her to help others achieve healthy skin and renewed confidence.

As a Licensed Esthetician and Front Desk Coordinator, Nikki enjoys creating a welcoming and positive experience for every client who walks through the door. Whether she's greeting clients, assisting with scheduling, providing esthetic services, or recommending products and treatments, her goal is to make every visit comfortable, personalized, and enjoyable.
