Dave Hough

Owner & CLT
Dave is a certified laser technician who started this journey with his wife after retirement. He lives with his wife and daughters in Goodyear, AZ. Dave served on the police force for over 14 years before medically retiring from Phoenix as a Sergeant in 2022. Before that, he was a history teacher and worked in the contracting industry.
His position as owner and certified laser technician gives him the perfect opportunity to spend time providing laser treatments and using the relationships he builds with clients to ensure the business is providing services the client wants and needs.

Amber Hough

FNP-C, CLT, Injector, & Medical Director
Amber is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who has been working for plastic and hand surgeons since 2017 – both as a first assist in the operating room and as a provider in a very busy clinic. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as an emergency room nurse for 8 years.
She received her first aesthetics certification with Aesthetic Medical Educators Training in 2020 and has been doing injections since. Additionally, she has completed over 20 plus hours of advanced training to ensure that she provides safe and effective care. Amber’s passion is for enhancing people’s natural beauty to help build confidence, not make people look overdone or unnatural.
Just as much as she loves aesthetics, she loves wellness. Her mission is to help improve wellness in her community through education and safe and effective treatment methods. Her passion is around functional medicine, which focuses on optimizing health rather than treating disease. As an auto-immune sufferer herself, she understands the frustrations of traditional medicine and believes in optimization. She wants to help enhance her clients’ lives through health, hormones and aesthetics.

Lisset

Registered Medical Assistant
Lisset became a registered medical assistant in 2017. Since then she has worked in hand surgery, dermatology, and plastic surgery clinics. She has assisted various surgeons in numerous procedures and has many hours of hands-on experience.
Lisset’s sweet temperament and soft demeanor allow her to make any client feel comfortable. She understands that most people who come to see us are nervous, understandably so. Lisset believes in spreading kindness and is passionate about helping people feel confident in their lives. Lisset believes everyone has a purpose and she wants to help people find their passion.

Jean

Registered Nurse & Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Jean is a licensed Registered Nurse with over 13 years of combined experience, with the last three years focusing on her aesthetic career.  Before transitioning to aesthetics, Jean spent 13 years working in various critical care settings, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care, safety, and advanced medical techniques.
 
Jean is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized client experiences. She combines her nursing expertise with an artistic approach to create natural results while prioritizing safety.

As a licensed esthetician and certified laser technician, Aimee has dedicated her career to providing top-quality skincare treatments and laser services to help clients achieve their desired beauty goals. She is passionate about helping individuals feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
Whether it’s acne treatment, anti-aging solutions, or hair removal, Aimee believes in using the latest technology and techniques to deliver safe and effective results. She strives to create a relaxing and welcoming environment, where clients can indulge in self-care and leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
